Book Keeper/Admin Assistant (Part Time- Flexible hours)

Fineline Lighting are looking to recruit an experienced Book Keeper/ Admin Assistant on a part time basis 2 days a week to work for our company based in Clevedon/Bristol. The hours can be flexible and could work around other commitments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support on the supplier ledger (invoice posting, invoice filing, invoice payments , bank reconciliation etc)
  • Manage the expenses process (including petty cash)
  • Support the accounts administrator where appropriate
  • Support with day to day office administrative tasks

Essential Skills:

  • Knowledge of Sage 50 Accounts software
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office package and especially Excel
  • Strong office administrative skills
  • Accuracy with attention to detail
  • Good communication and organizational skills
  • Reliable, punctual and professional attitude
  • You will receive pro rata paid holidays and public holidays. Hours of work 09.00 hrs until 18.00hrs. Days and hours can be flexible and negotiable to fit around other commitments.

    The hourly pay rate is £8.50 per hour.
